As of Christmas eve, Neil McCormick is no longer a resident of the Barge. He didn't graduate, but as far as I'm aware, he's okay. He's just...not here anymore. I believe he's returned home.

I'm sorry I couldn't give him the help he needed, but at heart, he's truly a good young man. I'm sure that wherever he is, things will work out for him. I believe he may have returned home in order to work out whatever he couldn't here.

I think...it may be time for a change.

It was going to happen. [She sounds a little sad, but kind of resigned to this fact.] Not everybody's meant to stay here.

[She hugs her a little tighter, uttering a slow and quiet "shhh". She's touched at that last sentiment though.]
